The kingdom of Judah and the kingdom of wine. Settlement here began 5000 years ago and continues to this day. Arad, Yatir, Mount Amsha, South Hebron Mountains. In the height of 900 metres above sea level, between the cherry blossoms in the spring and the snow in a good winter - vines have always thrived here.

We will follow the extraordinary story of this area's vines and wine production.

We will visit the following sites:

Tel Arad - a visit to the Canaanite city of Tel Arad and the Jewish citadel. We will talk about the people who built one of the first cities in the land of Israel 5000 years ago and even managed to grow vines - the first in the history of the Land of Israel.

We will continue to a boutique winery and wine tasting at the southern Hebron mountains, where the cold weather and land conditions create the perfect wine.

Optional additions:

Susia - a beautiful Jewish city with a famous synagogue from the Byzantine era.
